Booking and Appointments

  • Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed by our salon before they are considered booked.
  • Deposit: Bridal services and special event bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation based on hair length, thickness, and service complexity.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the completion of your service. We accept cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
  • GST: All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Service Expectations

  • Consultation: We recommend a consultation for first-time clients or major colour changes. This helps us understand your hair goals and create a realistic plan.
  • Hair Condition: We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the requested treatment could damage your hair.
  • Results: Hair results can vary based on your natural hair condition, previous treatments, and at-home care. We cannot guarantee specific results but will work closely with you to achieve your desired look.
  • Touch-ups: If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with you to make it right.

Client Responsibilities

  • Allergies: Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
  • Hair History: Disclose any previous chemical treatments, including box dyes, as this affects how your hair will respond to treatments.
  • At-Home Care: Follow our aftercare recommendations to maintain your results.
  • Respectful Behavior: We maintain a professional, welcoming environment. Disrespectful behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

Photography and Social Media

  • We may photograph your hair transformation for our portfolio and social media, with your permission.
  • You may decline to have your photos taken or shared at any time.

Liability

  • We maintain professional indemnity insurance and follow strict health and safety protocols.
  • We are not liable for adverse reactions to products or services if you have not disclosed relevant information during your consultation.
  • Personal belongings are your responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
